Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

Here at Lakes Community Church we have always had a heart for missions work. We support missions across the world from the USA to India. We have contacts in Mexico, Ukraine, Nepal and many other places. We seek to support them spiritually through prayer, physically by showing up in person helping where we can, and financially by sending support every month. In fact we dedicate the first portions of the financial gifts that we receive and send it out to all the different missions that we support. We are currently giving our first 11% of all the Church's income to our mission contacts as a tithe to God and as a support to those active in the ministry abroad.

Local and National Missions

Matthew 28: 18-20 "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

We believe in obeying Christ's command by serving people locally, nationally, and internationally.  Check out all the missions that we support below.
